Terms & Conditions for VRMex Travel Pro

Welcome to VRMex Travel Pro! By booking a vacation rental with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during your stay in Punta Mita, Mexico.

1. Booking and Payment

• To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival date. Payments can be made through our secure payment platform.
• All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will forfeit the deposit. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and for any damage or loss incurred during their stay. Please report any damages to the host immediately.
• No parties or events are permitted without prior approval. The property is intended for family vacationers and couples seeking a peaceful getaway.

5. Safety and Security

• Our properties are located in gated communities with controlled access and 24/7 security for your peace of mind.
• Guests must adhere to all safety and security protocols. VRMex Travel Pro is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises.

6. Amenities and Services

• Our high-end properties offer luxurious amenities, including access to exclusive beach clubs, golf courses, and wellness facilities.
• Concierge services are available to assist with reservations, transportation, and personalized recommendations. Please inquire upon booking for further details.

7. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and handle your personal information with care. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your data.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
