Final payment is due 60 days before arrival.
Private airport transfers can be arranged through the villa’s concierge. Many rentals also include complimentary golf carts for getting around Punta Mita.
Cancellation penalties are:
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are non refundable reservations.
* 60 days before check in = 30% penalty of total rent;
* Cancellation between 59-30 days before check in = 50% penalty of total rent.
* Cancellation less than 30 days before check in = 100% penalty of total rent.
In some cases dates may be changed, subject to availability, and paying any difference in fare plus a USD$50 change fee.
We really recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to be able to claim a cancellation through the insurance carrier.
